Hanworth development aimed at building trade

A new development at Hanworth Trading Estate by Sisk Marlin Developments and managed by Korine Property Partners, is aimed at building supplies and trade companies. This new trade park is being set to be fully up and running in early 2012. The first stage has already seen premier builders merchant, Selco Builders Warehouse, acquire a new 50,000 sq ft trade-only builders warehouse. Selco has been searching for the right site for a considerable time and is said to be "very excited" by the development. This new trade park will also benefit from unfettered seven-day-a-week trading.
