THE POTENTIAL OF SOAVE-REDLICH-KWONG EQUATION OF STATE IN DESCRIBING PHASE EQUILIBRIA DATA AT HIGH PRESSURES FOR THE CO_2~+ 1-ALCOHOL SYSTEMS

摘要

The Soave-Redlich-Kwong equation of state with simple quadratic mixing rule using only one mixture parameter,kappa_(ij),was tested as for the representation of vapour-liquid-liquid equilibria in binary carbon dioxide-1-alcohol systems.The necessary parameters for the description of the selected experimental data of carbon dioxide-1-alcohol systems are reported and the results of the correlation and prediction are discussed.
