Transfer processes in complex physicochemical systems are analyzed. Models that generalize the Taylor local-gradient hypothesis and describe the transfer processes are proposed. In particular, a number of mathematical models of micromixing at the lower level of a multilevel system are considered. These mathematical models allow one to solve problems of scaling large industrial equipment (for monoethanolamine treatment of process gases at an annual output of 130000 t).
