A place of giants

The completion of Temenos (above), the first of five planned giant sculptures in the Tees Valley was a cause for celebration of the vision of local organisations and of the collaboration of artist and engineer which realised the dream. Like large sculptures in other parts of the UK it has put Middlehaven Dock, once derelict, on the map, boosting regeneration efforts.
