Chase exits Tyrrells Crisps

William Chase, founder of Tyrrells Crisps, has sold his remaining shares in the premium crisp brand to private equity firm Langholm Capital. Chase launched the business in 2002 and raised Tyrrells into an award winning premium brand in less than decade. In 2008, he sold a major stake of the business to Langholm to pursue a new challenge, artisan vodka. Now, with Chase Distillery flourishing, Chase has decided to channel ail his energy into his drinks business.
