Green Giant debuts in US snacks

General Mills-owned Green Giant entered the snack aisle for the first time in January with the US launch of Green Giant veggie chips. The snacks are available in two flavours: sweet potato multigrain chips with sea salt and roasted veggie tortilla chips with a "zesty cheddar flavour". The snacks are among more than 100 new products that General Mills is rolling out in the USA in its fiscal year 2013, which ends in May.
