摘要

It was the tough challenges of serials work that inspired the launch of this journal in 1977, and it is the tough challenges of continuing resources in the present day that continue to sustain the journal and provoke authors to write in with engaging and readable content. The problems observed and solutions discovered or sought regarding the procurement, organization, description, and troubleshooting of continuing resources may have changed over the years, but some concerns seem to be perennial.
