A number of eco-protestors', who invaded the Drax power station branch, have been sentenced after a four-day trial at Leeds Crown Court.rnTwo of the protestors posed as Network Rail staff and forced a coal train to stop in June 2008, allowing other protestors to board the train and chain wagons to the track and a bridge.rnA total of 21 of the protestors were given arn12-month conditional discharge and five were ordered to undertake 60 hours of community work. Three more will be sentenced in October. Three of them were ordered to pay £500 compensation to Network Rail and £500 court costs, but the others were deemed to have insufficient means to pay.
