First Group has sold its GB Railfreight division to Eurotunnel Group for ￡26.3m in cash.rnThe UK's third largest freight operator will complement other activities by the Eurotunnel Group's Europorte2 freight subsidiary in France, where it has also recently acquired Veolia Cargo.rnThe aim of the new owners is to develop the business on both sides of the Channel in order to offer customers a complete international service.
