'Duchess' to make debut in lined black

The Princess Royal Class Locomotive Trust's No. 6233 Duchess of Sutherland was expected to appear in its new black livery (RM March, p64) by the end of February.rnBlack gloss had replaced its LMS maroon at the beginning of February with lining to follow. The new livery has been applied while other work was undertaken.
