Eight will be in steam at autumn gala

The Great Central Railway's October 6-9 Autumn Gala should feature eight locomotives. Guest appearances by S&DJR 7F No. 88 (from the West Somerset Railway) and'West Country'No. 34007 Wadebridge (Mid-Hants Railway) - neither of which have previously visited the GCR - inspire a Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway theme. They will be joined by the South Devon Railway's GWR 0-6-0 No. 3205, which moves direct to Loughborough following September appearances at Didcot.
