DMU cascade sees more Class 142s on move to Northern Rail

THE introduction of the Class 172 units by London Midland (see report above) has allowed the cascade of vehicles to other franchises to begin. First Great Western is taking on two Class 150 two-car units from London Midland, supplemented by an additional two Class 153s from LM to make six vehicles transferred.
