Around 30 former MG Rover KSAA'hi-cube'vans have been grounded across the tracks in Washwood Heath yard. Several sidings have been lifted, isolating the vans and HTA coal hopper No. 311079. A hundred of these purpose-built 90-tonne KSAA vans were introduced in 1996. Construction was undertaken in Finland by Rautaruukii, part of theTalgo-Transtech group. Length is 76 feet, with a maximum payload of 59.5 tonnes, design code KSE 835.
