European freight operator bankrupt

One of the oldest European intermodal railfreight operators, ICF Intercontainer-Interfrigo, has gone into liquidation, but its train services will continue to run. The decision to place the company into liquidation was taken by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on November 26, which also saw the resignation of chief executive Bart Van der Cruysse.
