Olympic torch is carried by 71/4in miniature railway

The 70-day nationwide tour of the Olympic torch included many different railways - main line and heritage, standard gauge and narrow gauge - but it travelled only once on a line of less than 15in gauge. As it neared journey's end in east London, the flame was carried on the 7V4in gauge Barking Park Light Railway on July 22.
