The Department forTransport, in conjunction with the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC), has embarked on a 'passenger train information scheme'in an attempt to make train times more available to the public. This has caused consternation to charter promoters and operators alike because it is intended that charter train times be included in the scheme.
