Foxcote Manor Society trustees have agreed in principle to No. 7822 Foxcote Manor being painted in BR experimental blue, although the change seems unlikely this year. There is no historic precedent for Foxcote Manor to be blue; it was black when built and later painted green. The proposal to re-livery the loco arises from an offer made by an individual.
