Further details have been released about a six-week closure of Nottingham station in the summer when a ￡100million plan to remodel the station swings into action. The current layout dates from the 1960s and is restrictive in operational flexibility. From July 20 to August 26 -which for many is the main summer holiday period for travelling - the station will be closed.
