Clevedon to be re-gauged

The new lease-holder of the Clevedon Miniature Railway (RM Oct, p93), is Harvey Amusements. The line was acquired without the loco and rolling stock, which remain the property of the Giles family, who had run the line for the past 27 years. The circular railway is being re-gauged from the rare 9V4in to 15in. A 4-6-OBE steam-outline loco and two carriages have been acquired.
