Inspector demands boiler lift for No. 6201

THE 6201 Society, owners of LMS 'Princess Royal' Pacific No. 6201 Princess Elizabeth, is reeling after a visit from the boiler inspector left them with a demand to have the Pacific's boiler lifted and a catalogue of repairs to complete. Princess Elizabeth is currently out of traffic undergoing a major winter maintenance programme at the Princess Royal Class Locomotive Trust's West Shed at Swanwick Junction, Midland Railway-Butterley.
