The 2012 Gizmos and Gadgets presentations left one with a warm appreciation of the dedication and ingenuity of our fellow wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance workers. Although they cannot do everything alone, they are an independent and inventive group of rare persons who have learned to do a lot with a little, and to do it with grace and pride.
