RS offers more

The Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) has been tending to the needs of the Russian fleet as it develops for further Arctic exploration and is cooperating with the Italians on Arctic navigational development. RS has recently announced that that it will be cooperating with Italian-based RINA to exchange expertise. It will see the Russian-based classification society advise RINA on how it can help clients to meet the needs for Arctic navigation and offshore operations and in areas of ice class and winterisation.
