Merwede's hydraulic lift

Ihc Holland Merwede BV has acquired 100% of the shares of Vremac Hydraulics BV. based in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Vremac designs and fabricates hydraulic cylinders as single items or small series for specialist applications. Merwede sees Vremac as an ambitious supplier with the best product/quality ratio in the market. Much of Vremac's produce involves custom-built cylinders, with an annual turnover of approximately €20 million. The company currently employs 70 staff, and the takeover is not said to affect employment, with operations continuing from Apeldoorn.
