PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS UNIVERSAL

I am a senior master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. I have spent my entire career in Civil Engineering, specifically in the 3E5X1 Air Force Specialty Code, commonly known as an Engineering Assistant. I have been privileged to serve in traditional base-level Civil Engineer units, in expeditionary RED HORSE units, in a joint assignment, and in major command headquarters staffs. I have a good idea of the challenges faced by our enlisted Air Force engineers.
