Wheneveryou undergo security checks before your flight, receive your roster, go through training, or collectively negotiate with your employer, the EU's 'invisible hand'has had its impact. Almost every aspect of your profession is influenced nowadays by EU legislation. To ensure the pilot's concerns and needs are accounted for,your interests are represented at EU level, on a daily basis, through the European Cockpit Association (ECA). For 20 years, together with BALPA and other pilot associations from across Europe-we have been active in Brussels to make your voice heard.
