Early next year we will all transition to Ee-Arse-Ah FTLs (flight time limitations), and I'm pleased to say that my employer is well ahead of the game and our safety department is already working with an independent organisation that specialises in this field: I think they're called Dignitas, and their blurb on Wikipedia says that they are experienced in a process that "depresses the central nervous system, causing the person to become drowsy and fall asleep, this progresses to coma as the person's breathing becomes more shallow, followed by eventual respiratory arrest and death".
