When The Log Board sat down to discuss the contents of our summer edition, little did we realise that our content plans would be turned on their head just a few weeks later. Theresa May announced there would be a snap General Election on 8 June - which meant there was a chance our interview with the Aviation Minister, which we had just completed, would be null and void by the time we went to press (and, before going to press, we did discover he had been reshuffled).
