Developed in the US, even if damaged, an SPF system will not leak. Water cannot move latterly through the system. With low maintenance and reduced energy costs, SPF systems pay for the installation within the warranty period, depending on the system agreed. Warranties up to 30 years can be offered and all warranties can be extended. At the end of this period you re-coat the system with no need to replace the SPF and the original warranty is reinstated.
