Engineers sign Ireland-Canada agreement

Engineers Ireland recently signed an agreement with Engineers Canada to enable Irish Chartered Engineers to practice as professional engineers in the provinces and territories of Canada On the same basis, Canadian professional engineers working in Ireland are eligible for the Chartered Engineer title granted by Engineers Ireland. Darcy Balaski, a process development engineer with Boston Scientific Ireland (Galway) became the first Canadian to avail of this new agreement when he was conferred with the title of Chartered Engineer.
