Castleisland Bypass completes N21 improvements in Kerry

The project management and development of the scheme was carried out by Kerry County Council's National Road Design Office in Castleisland. The scheme did not require the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement. However, in line with the NRA Project Management Guidelines, an environmental assessment of the preferred route was carried out in 2005.
