Hennessy Eco invests for growth

Hennessy Eco Limited, a Co. Tipperary family-owned business, has recently invested in a shears for the processing of steel for the export market. The machine consists of a large hopper into which the raw scrap is loaded. Once crushed, the metal is forced through an opening at the front of the machine where a hydraulically driven blade shears it into lengths of approximately 200mm. This material is ideally suited for compact loads enabling maximum efficiency in the transport of the material.
