Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden unveiled legislation Tuesday to renew a number of expiring biofuel and other tax credits, but he is apparently leaving it to Sen. Chuck Grassley, a senior Republican on the tax-writing panel, to champion the controversial extension of the investment and production tax credits for wind and other renewable energy resources.
