Asda to allow suppliers to keep savings

Hundreds of companies in Asda's food supply chain will receive free resource efficiency advice and be allowed to keep any savings made. Asda is to provide free resource efficiency help, to 300 companies supplying the £12bn worth of fresh, frozen and chilled produce it sells. Firms such as Youngs Seafood and Warburtons will be encouraged to work together to reduce the environmental impact of Asda's supply chain.
