Ofgem threaten action on CERT

Energy companies' continued failure to meet energy efficiency targets under CERT and CESP have provoked a warning shot from regulator Ofgem. Ofgem has written to energy companies threatening legal action against those fail ing to meet targets to install energy effi ciency measures in their customers' homes. These were set under the Carbon Emis sions Reduction Target (CERT) and Com munity Energy Saving Programme (CESP).
