Early CRC data point to surprise emissions fall

There has been a large drop in total carbon emissions from sectors covered by the CRC, but it is not clear if this is due to behavioural change. Total carbon emissions from organisations covered by the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme have already fallen more than 10% in its second year, according to early data released by the Environment Agency.
