Italian company Ocme introduced a new palletising system at a recent 'open house' event at its facility in Parma.The system is compatible with cans as well as other containers, and is used by fillers to load pallet display units which can be placed directly in stores without requiring any further unloading.Comprising an Altair-series wraparound tray erector and a Pegasus robotic palletiser, the system reduces both the materials and energy used.
