Shrink-sleeve expansion

As a printer of roll-on and shrink-sleeve labels for cans using offset-litho, flexography and hybrid digital-flexo presses, New York-based DWS Printing Associates is a niche business. Serving customers in both food and beverage canning, DWS has successfully opened a second facility in Austin, Texas to serve clients in the central, southern and west coast states of the US in what have been particularly difficult circumstances. The opening of the new facility, which started up in November 2020, follows an article about the family company published by The Canmaker in August last year. In that piece, DWS's president Tom Staib was quoted, together with his brother Andy and Tom's son TJ.
