摘要

For the second year in a row, judges decided few cases raising substantive Article 7 issues. Only four cases seem worthy of reporting. Combining these four cases with an update on Revised Article 7 makes for a short report for the 2004 Uniform Commercial Code Survey. As of this writing, fifteen states have enacted Revised U.C.C. Article 7. Five other states have bills pending for the adoption of Revised Article 7. In light of these numbers, it appears that Revised Article 7 is meeting with fairly rapid acceptance in the several legislatures of American jurisdictions.
