eMortgages are coming to a screen near you and everyone else in the United States. Since the creation of the initial enabling legislation that cleared the way for eMortgages and other electronic transactions, many of the other components necessary to realize the original vision of eMortgages have come together to form a solid foundation of industry standards and requirements that will permit legal, mortgage and technology professionals to resolve remaining issues and produce a real blockbuster.
