The following are a reminder to: 1. the Directors and Officers of all Australian Companies subject to the Listing Rules of the Australian Stock Exchange Ltd; 2. the Directors and Officers of all companies holding a Company Membership of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy; 3. professional Members and Fellows of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy undertaking Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimations; and 4. those who would undertake the estimation of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, but who are not members of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and/or the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and are not 'Competent Persons' (as defined) to take responsibility for such estimations in a Public Report for an Australian Company.
