Even with the antics of the former deputy prime minister Nick Clegg and the random censorship that is running riot across information sources, just a few clicks on the device of our choice will produce a huge array of information.The major problem is how to filter this so that we can concentrate on the most relevant, most interesting, or a combination of both factors.
