This project, entitled Canal Lite, builds on an existing culture within the area. We propose to extend Regent's Canal to form a new basin along St Pancras Way and Granary Street, providing a new and accessible open space which acts as a local amenity, as well as bringing value to the area. The project extends the network of open spaces, unlocking existing potential. We propose a mix of uses around the new basin, with housing along the canal to the north and commercial uses to the south, as well as a new residential area of part-owned flats and small houses along Camley Street.
