Partington debuts

Robin Partington has revealed his first major scheme since leaving Hamiltons (now BFLS) last year. The Merchant Square project in Paddington Basin for European Land, a joint venture between the Jarvis Family and the Reuben brothers, features a 41-storey mixed-use tower. The skyscraper is one of four planning applications submitted to Westminster Council last week. A previous scheme for the plot was drawn up by Perkins+ Will with Michel Mossessian.
