The Victoria and Albert Museum has launched the long-awaited competition for the design and build of a major exhibition space in its Boilerhouse Yard. Eight hypothetical schemes for the plot were showcased by the AJ earlier this year (AJ 17.06.10).lhe project includes 1,500m2 of temporary exhibition space, a new entrance and an external courtyard. Submissions are due by 27 October.
