Whenever I bump into architects from the north, invariably they accuse the AJ of being London-centric. It isn't true, and if you're in doubt I challenge you to look back at the building studies we've published over the last year - you'll find we've been up and down the country more reliably than the Virgin Pendolino train. In July alone, we covered a university building in Scotland (AJ 01.07.10), a community centre in Ireland (AJ 15.07.10) and an art gallery in Wales (AJ 22.07.10).
