Permeable paving

Flood risk, surface water run off and pollution are among the most highly legislated and monitored areas of planning and construction. The Flood and Water Management Act 2010 requires the use of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) in new urban developments. As a result, permeable paving is rapidly becoming the norm for hard surfacing.
