Ranked in 75th place, east London-based Stock Woolstencroft says it is looking forward to 2011-2012 - but with close to 80 per cent of its workload in the troubled residential sector, the practice has been exposed to the volatility in this market. Nevertheless, the studio's London-centric approach and strong reputation for urban planning, at the core of the practice since it was founded in 1989, has carried it through.
