Gaining an impressive four architects this year has helped push the practice up the densely populated mid-table and 2012 looks positive as planning permissions keep coming in; the practice is responsible for a £250 million Centre Pares scheme in Bedfordshire and is holding high hopes of bagging similar work in eastern Europe to its 11,300m2 Tallinn Outlet Centre in Estonia.
