摘要

This project involved renovating and extending an early 20th-century warehouse to create contemporary workspace for the media and tech industries. It is part of a cluster of office buildings owned by Derwent London and arranged around a central courtyard. Integrated bespoke light fittings are used for wayfinding and signage. Adopting a simple graphic language of finely textured powder-coated metalwork creates an experiential route throughout the building.
