Amanda Levete duo wins inaugural AJ/Philips Light Shots competition

An Amanda Levete Architects-based pair have won the first AJ/Philips Light Shots short film competition with Night Light, a film which records a journey home from work. Stephen Citrone and Michael Wetmore (right) were presented with their prizes at a screening at the Hoxton Hotel. They were praised by the jury for 'finding beauty in the gritty everyday'. The jury 'enjoyed the film's exploration of textures in light in the built environment' and commended its 'simplicity, live sound and strong narrative'.
